Weapon upgrading

I got my axe to +15 today with black stones. Now I don't know what to do for the next upgrade.

Do I use my Grade 2 weapon reform stone on the axe or do use an Ultimate Weapon Reform stone on it?

Hoping one of you guys has already done this because it took me a long time to get the axe this far and I don't want to mess it up now.

I used the Ultimate Weapon reform Stones on both my Bow and my Steel dagger when they were +15. The Ultimate Stones prevent failure possibilities you can have just using the Grade 2 and grade 3 reform stones.

 

Ultimate Weapon reform stones "can" be made by making 10 Grade 3 weapon reform stones, then "Heating" them with a Sharp Weapon Stone. (Production)

Exactly the same for Ultimate Armor Stones only substitute "Weapon" with "Armor" above.

How much of an upgrade do you get.  My weapon is green so does it go to blue or does it go higher?

Also, I'm guessing you start the 1-15 process again with black stones once you reform?

The Ultimate version takes it straight to "Orange/Gold" ,

 

Then you start again with the + above 15  the "Pri" "Duo" "Tri" ect  but I have not played in that area yet, sorry
