BDO in game passes

So I don't get access to the game until 3/1, assuming I get in on that day, but my Explorer pack came with (2) 7 day passes I believe.

I am giving one to a friend of mine I am trying to convince to play but I would be happy to give the other one to any RoH member that is still unsure about playing and wants to get some free in game time.  Just a thought.

Ok..........I lied, I guess I have one 7 day pass. However, if I can't get my friend to use it to try out the game then I will gladly offer it up to any RoH members who want to try out the game :)

I hope to try it.  I think Eye has a pass for me....looks very very interesting.  My only concern may be the mechanics of movement and combat.

It'll be tricky, but adds another element to character development.  I hate it and like it at the same time.

The combat CAN be real easy if your like C and Me.

All you HAVE to do is L & R mouse.

That said.....to be good at it.  A whole shitload of mouse and KB combos.

But......as always.......and this speaks more to Char's thoughts on a sandbox......this game is NOT about hunting to level.  Just is not.

You have much more to do and the pace is a lot slower than we have become accustomed to.

I KNOW after a single log in Claire will be hooked badly.

I don't know Char near well enough to theorize.  Liking to raid tho.......Oh boy......

Tho the world bosses ARE there........

And some of the quests do say group suggested......So well see....

Yeah, I like the social aspect of raiding or whatnot.  Not so much the gear grind.  To me it's more about accomplishing something together with friends.

Well, as I said....I know Claire will fall in love again....and with your last comment Char....Ima leaning back to you liking it as well.

Just dont expect Wow, Rift or EQ2.

Keep ever in mind hunting is not a priority. (tho, as a sandbox it can be if that YOUR choice)

And your thoughts about accomplishing stuff as a group of friends.......BINGO!  Thats where I'm coming from.

I think this ride is gonna be a whole lotta fun kidz!

I have been so bored with MMO's recently.  I am looking forward to try this one and see if it gives me the old spark back.   So far,  with what everyone has said I think I am gonna really like it....
